Heyy guys!! For this topic, I would be talking about how and why I left the UK to stay in Nigeria. I know as some of you are reading this you would be wondering why I did that. I mean everyone is looking for a way out of Nigeria so why not stay where is organized and get a better life. To be honest, I understand all the thoughts but it was something I willingly wanted to do. Just in case you’re reading this and you don’t know, well I did my university in the University of Hertfordshire, UK where I graduated with a degree in human resource management. It was a three years course and it was interesting; I mean combining the fun in the university to the stress it was all worth it. I mean I learnt a lot about me and being in a different country and meeting different people. The UK is all nice and good but I would say it’s not somewhere I see myself living in for the rest of my life or even working for a while. I mean if living as a student is already stressful then I wonder how it’ll be like when I start ‘adulting’ like paying my rent, bills, taxes and all that. Plus I believe the system has a way of taking money from you. If you maybe wondering what the reasons are, I recently did a video on my friends’ YouTube channel (OJAY TALKS) where I talked about why I don’t want to go back to the UK except I’m visiting but not to stay based on personal opinions and preferences. Do well to check it out. Also let me know what you feel the reasons might be. Link down below!!
